Stunning Soft Military collection by Yousuf Bashir Qureshi (YBQ) | Karachi Fashion Week 2011 | Military Regalia with Jinnah Caps Collection 2011

YBQ closed the final day of KFW with his Soft Military collection and the designer ended the show on a patriotic note combining military regalia with Jinnah caps as well as army hats gracing the high-held heads of  the models. Female models in military colours saluted the audience, depicting a Pakistan where women walk equally alongside their counterparts. It seemed, from the audience’s response at least, that YBQ’s gamble had successfully paid off and his work received immense appreciation. Although the collection had a variety of interesting pieces.
