Baani D is a concept more than just an apparel design company. It materialized when two sisters realized that what they want to wear was not available anywhere in the young ready to wear Pakistani fashion scene albeit when the culture backing it was phenomenally rich and diverse. It was a constant struggle to find old world detailing that was local and yet cosmopolitan. It was just a matter of time when the banker and the design expert got together to form a team that made what they wanted to wear as the young hip traditionalists thats well executed.

Baani D is determined to retain the fit, quality, and style. The clothes feature precise details like pattern strength, seaming, immaculate piping and topstitching. Its not a fan of disposability. More classic than faddish, it has kept the same essential vision—clean, easy, functional. Timeless doesn't have to be boring nor does it have to be just for the young, rich, and thin. Its all about mix and match and putting your own look together. We want to dress uptown and downtown girls, girls in Karachi and Gujranwala, 25-year-olds and 65-year-olds, women of all sizes.
